1. Eligibility for Replacement or Exchange

A product may be eligible for exchange or replacement if:

  • The product is incomplete or missing components due to packaging issues.

 Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.

2. Reporting a Problem

To request a replacement or exchange, you must:

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue.
  • Include your order number and a brief explanation of the problem.

3. Approval & Processing

Once your request is received:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid loss during return.

  • After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost to you.

You will be notified by email once your replacement is processed.

4. No Exchanges for Preferences or Wrong Selections

Please note that exchanges are not allowed for:
